A 30-story redevelopment located on the Maumee River in the downtown area of Toledo, Ohio. The complex includes an enclosed parking structure, retail space for development located within the parking structure.

The 30-story development will be completed utilizing three different disciplines. The main level will completed as Retail space. The second discipline will include floors, 2 thru 12, and designated office areas. The balance of the project, Levels 13 thru 28, will be converted into residential units.

The location of the project will allow the future tenants to enjoy many of the local shopping, local restaurants, Fifth Third Field, all within walking distance of the development. The Towers offer amazing views of the Maumee River, Lake Erie and the downtown area.

The development cost when completed will be $35 million.
