We have worked with Eric and the Means Group for over five years during the transformation of the Garden Theater Block on Woodward. At key moments their skillful and tenacious guidance led the project around significant obstacles to ultimate success. Thanks to Eric and his crew, the Garden Theater Block is a shining example of how restoration and new construction can create a new, vibrant Detroit.
